HS High-quality plastic pellet machine extruder
Configurations:
1. Adopt YASKAWA transducers imported from Japan or ABB transducer from Switzerland;
2. Barrels are equipped with bimetallic liners( 45# steel + α101), under processing heat treatment. HRC is from 60 to 62. The materials of screw elements is high-speed steel W6Mo5Cr4V2, with nitrogen treatment. HRC is from 58 to 60.
3. The reducing and distributing gearbox of extruder reduces the motor speed to the speed of the screw shafts and distributes it to the two output shafts. The gearbox consists of involute gear teeth couplings between the output shafts and screw shafts; integrated trust bearings assembly, radial bearings of the output axis are NSK products.
